As a form of participation of the Libyan International University in the society and field work, the Faculty of Medicine sponsored a field visit to Camp Tawergha.

February 2017, many students went with doctors of different specialties e.g. physician, cardiologist, dermatologist, surgeons. They examined sick people and adults. They also arranged for their follow up in hospitals and managed to get a list of medications that could not be afford by them. The list was handed over to the Faculty of Pharmacy at the university. Thankfully for now more than 90% of the drugs were delivered to them.
