The Faculty of Medicine at the Libyan International University has adopted a new teaching method entitled Case Based Clinical Reasoning in the subjects of Internal Medicine and Surgery. For students of the fourth year of the 10th batch. Students are divided into small groups, each group composed of 10-12 students. Each group is under the supervision of a faculty member or a tutor who provides case scenarios for students. Then students discuss the case with each other and try to extract complete information about the patient and request the necessary investigations for him in order to reach the final diagnosis.
