On the morning of Saturday, December 13, 2025, fourth-year students of the Medical Program undertook the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for the course Fundamentals of Medicine (First Round – Cohort 15) at the Simulation Center of the Libyan International University.
Modern Assessment Methods Demonstrated at the Simulation Center of the Medicine Program
On the morning of Saturday, December 13, 2025, fourth-year students of the Medical Program undertook the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for the course Fundamentals of Medicine (First Round – Cohort 15) at the Simulation Center of the Libyan International University.
The examinations involved a total of 180 students, with 32 students participating on the first day. The OSCE sessions are scheduled to continue over six consecutive days, as part of the core requirements for clinical practical assessment within the Medical Program.
🩺 The examinations were conducted under the supervision of a distinguished group of faculty members, in collaboration with the Simulation Center team and the Study and Examinations Committee, within a well-organized environment that reflects the University’s commitment to quality assurance and academic excellence in medical education.
This activity forms part of the University’s ongoing efforts to implement modern competency-based assessment approaches, ensuring that its students are well prepared to practice medicine with professional competence and responsibility.
