The Self-Study Committee for Program Accreditation for the Medicine Program, made up of teams from the College of Medicine and the College of Applied Medical Sciences, met this morning, Wednesday, May 3, 2023, in the National Unity Hall, in the presence of the deans of the two colleges, to discuss the most recent advancements in work standards. The College of Medicine’s file for programmatic accreditation and the challenges it faces in its work…The discussion produced a number of proposals and resulted in agreement on a number of actions that would support the work of the standards teams and fully implement the task in harmony between the many program components. This is in order to accomplish the most crucial objective. The process starts with local program accreditation, and then moves on to international accreditation.
