The Council of the Faculty of Medicine held its regular meeting on Saturday morning, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty Dr Jamal Al-Talhi and the presence of the faculty\’s undersecretary and the heads of various departments: internal surgery, paediatrics, orthopaedics, family medicine, ophthalmology and radiology.
The meeting focused on several topics of interest to the faculty, including methods of evaluation and discussion of proposals on changing the mechanisms for applying the absence regulation of students, the formation of examination boards in the departments, the complaints of some students and the finances of the faculty.
