In the Presence of a Distinguished Group of Faculty Members and Visitors:
The Medicine Program Organizes “Researchers’ Day”
In an inspiring atmosphere that promotes the value of scientific research, develops research skills among students, and plants its foundational principles in their minds, the Scout Leader Ali Khalifa Al-Zaidi Hall hosted, on the morning of Thursday, December 19, 2024, the activities of the “Researchers’ Day” for the tenth cohort. The event was supervised and organized by the Research and Consultation Unit, headed by Dr. Othman Al-Tajouri.
The event included presentations of graduation research project posters, which were carefully evaluated individually by the scientific committee formed specifically for this purpose.
The graduating students demonstrated remarkable competence, capability, professionalism, and confidence while presenting and explaining their research summaries to visitors and faculty members of the program, reflecting the quality of preparation and the uniqueness of their academic training.
This distinguished event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, Dr. Adel Al-Tuwati, and the Director of the Medicine Program, Dr. Jamal Al-Talhi, who observed the level and quality of the research projects presented by the program’s students.
The comments and discussions of the attendees expressed great admiration and appreciation for the high standard of the presented research, a level previously described by Dr. Othman Al-Tajouri on a similar occasion as “surpassing the expected standard.”
It is worth mentioning that a special recognition ceremony for the best research projects will be held at a later date
