Ben Ismail” Excels in the Third and Final Part of the USMLE in a Single Year

The Libyan International University (LUI) and the Faculty of Medicine are pleased to extend their warmest congratulations to LUI graduate Ali Ben Ismail on his outstanding achievement in passing the third and final part of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE)—one of the most rigorous, precise, and demanding medical qualification examinations in the world.

In a noteworthy statement, Prof. Dr. Jamal Al-Talhi, Director of the Medical Program, revealed that Dr. Ali Ben Ismail completed all three parts of the USMLE within a single year. He passed the first and second parts while still a medical student at LUI, and completed the third immediately after graduation. Dr. Al-Talhi emphasized that this is a remarkable accomplishment, reflecting the strong scientific foundation and rigorous training Ben Ismail received—aligned with the highest international standards—which, by the grace of God and through his perseverance and dedication, enabled him to achieve this rare distinction.
