Pursuant to the convention on the understanding ,support and partnership between the Libyan International Medical University and the Libyan Red Crescent – Benghazi, handover/takeover process of the El Eka clinic has been accomplished on Saturday 30/12/2017, and we are happy to tell that the process of handover/takeover was carried out smoothly, and the clinic with its new name (El Eka for diabetes and its complications) is officially now under the university administration and became one of its teaching places which will offer unique public medical services.
The clinic will be dedicated to present the best diabetic care with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise, and it will be intended to be capable to provide the best environment to nurse all kinds of diabetic patients with complex care needs, also to be as comfortable as possible for patients and relatives. Hoping that efforts, skills, and expertise of the leading consultants and clinic\’s multidisciplinary teams could offer and deliver the most comprehensive range of diabetic services of any private clinic in our district, and to give the proper management and set good standards in diabetic care, and ultimately get patients back to feeling well again.
